Welcome to my new blog! Whether you stumbled upon it by accident or are one of my closest friends, my hope is that you will find this a fun and entertaining read.
For the most part, this will be a personal blog. I'll be updating on my art projects, the cookbook I'm writing, some short stories bouncing around in my head, books I am reading, and so forth, along with things I think are important and should be addressed.
Lots of blogs have broader purposes/subjects that they address. I like to write and I do not do it enough by half since I got out of school. That's pretty much it.
To introduce myself:
My interests are wide and varied. I love to draw, read, write, dance, and sing. As my title says, I am something of a artistic nerd; anything to do with any type of art I love.
Recently, I discovered that manga and graphic novels are amazing. Though I haven't read much yet, I am always looking for recommendations. I read everything I can get my hands on, regarding nearly all subjects. I'm particularly fond of literature, philosophy, and the social sciences.
I should draw and paint more than I do. Even though I love it I have trouble finding the time to create.
